Refund Policy

Unhappy? No problem. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Cathedral you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, and unwashed). You will need to cover shipping costs unless it was an error on our end. If you think this might be the case please reach out to us at support@cathedral.com, and we will gladly email you a return label.

For most returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at our fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please reach out if you have any other concerns at support@cathedralbrand.com. We will be happy to make it right.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. (Unless an item is back-ordered). Orders are not shipped on weekend or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

USPS (First Class Mail and First Class Priority) can deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO locations.
